What we print in.

Materials

Nylon 12, a deep shelf of filaments and composites, and resins we blend ourselves, and if the right material for your part is not on this page, we will source it. Three processes under one roof means we are not talking you into whichever one we happen to own; we pick what the part actually needs, and we combine them on a single job when that is the better answer. Tell us what the part has to survive and where it has to live. We will tell you what to make it from.

Pick by the jobHeat, chemicals, sunlight, impact, flex, or fine detail. The part's environment picks the material, not the other way around.
Not on the shelf? We source itThe lists on this page are what we keep in stock, not the limit of what we can run. Tell us the polymer or the spec you have to hit and we will get it in for your job.

Nylon 12 (PA12).

Selective laser sintering · Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W
SLS Nylon 12 parts: dust nozzle, camera cage bracket, lattice cube, and a labeled block

Our workhorse for parts that have to do a job. Sintered nylon comes out strong in every direction, needs no support structures, and handles heat, moisture, and repeated flexing better than anything we run on a filament machine. Housings, enclosures, brackets, living hinges, snap-fits, and internal assemblies.

Holds shape under heat Nylon 12 stays rigid at temperatures that make PLA sag. Parts can live next to a motor, in an engine bay, or in a vehicle parked in the sun without losing their geometry.
Barely absorbs water Most nylons swell as they pull in moisture, and a part that swells stops fitting. Nylon 12 takes on very little, which is why it is the nylon of choice for wet, humid, and washdown service.
Stays dimensionally stable Low moisture uptake means the part you measure on day one is the part you measure a season later. It matters most on mating faces, bearing fits, and anything that has to seal.
Shrugs off chemicals Resists oils, greases, fuels, hydraulic fluid, salt, and most common solvents. Suited to shop-floor, automotive, and agricultural environments.
Flexes without breaking Good fatigue life under repeated loading. Living hinges, snap-fits, and clips survive being opened and closed over and over instead of failing on the tenth cycle.
Takes wear Naturally low friction and abrasion resistant, so sliding and rubbing surfaces hold up without a coating.
Finishing on nylon
As-printedDepowdered and cleaned. An even, slightly grainy matte surface with no support marks anywhere on the part.
Bead-blastedBlasted to a uniform matte finish. Evens out the sintered texture without moving dimensions.
Dyed blackColor driven into the surface rather than sitting on top of it, so it will not chip or scratch off an edge.
Painted or CerakoteAny color other than black goes on as paint. Cerakote where a part needs a hard-wearing protective coating.

What the process gets you.

Selective laser sintering · powder bed · no supports

SLS builds a part by fusing nylon powder one layer at a time inside a bed of more powder. Nothing has to hold the part up while it prints, because the surrounding powder already does. That single difference is where most of the advantages come from.

Strong in every direction Filament parts are weakest between layers and split along them under load. Sintered nylon is close to equally strong whichever way you pull it, so orientation stops being a design constraint.
No supports, no scars Nothing has to be cut away afterward, so there are no support marks to sand out and no witness lines on a cosmetic face.
Geometry that cannot be molded Internal channels, enclosed voids, undercuts, lattices, and captured moving parts printed already assembled. If it holds together, we can usually build it.
Efficient short runs Parts nest in three dimensions throughout the build rather than sitting on a plate, so a batch costs less per part than the same batch printed one at a time.
Consistent part to part Every part in a build sees the same thermal history, so the tenth one matches the first. That is what makes short-run production repeatable.
Production-like finish An even, slightly grainy matte surface out of the machine that reads much closer to injection molding than to a printed part.

Filament by the job.

Polymers and carbon composites · sourced to suit the job
Don't see your material? We'll get it. The list below is what we keep on the shelf, not the limit of what we can run. Tell us the polymer or the spec you have to hit and we will source it, dial it in, and print it. Specialty engineering filaments, flame-retardant grades, food-safe, ESD-safe, higher-temp blends. If it runs on a machine, we can get it.
Any color you need. Deep stock across every common polymer, and up to sixteen colors in a single print, so a multi-color part comes off the machine finished instead of painted afterward. We color match to your brand or to a part you already have, and if we are not holding the shade you want we order it in for your run.
Material Use it when
PLA Anything that lives indoors. The widest color range we stock and the crispest fine detail a filament machine will give you. One of the two we run multi-color, up to sixteen colors in a single print.
PETG The default when a part has to do a job rather than sit on a shelf. Tougher than PLA, unbothered by moisture and mild chemicals, and it holds together at large sizes. Also runs multi-color.
ABS Heat resistance plus a surface worth looking at. Vapor smooths to a sealed gloss that reads closer to molded than printed.
ASA Everything that lives outside. UV stable, holds its color through a summer in the sun, and vapor smooths like ABS. Our default for exterior work and for anything large.
TPU Rubber behavior. Bends, compresses, and springs back to shape. Gaskets, bumpers, grips, clips, and anything that has to fit tight around something else.
TPE Softer and stretchier than TPU. Pick it when the part needs to give rather than hold a shape.
PP Chemical resistance and fatigue life in one plastic. Living hinges that open thousands of times, tanks, trays, and lab fixtures that see solvents.
PPA Heat and mechanical load at the same time. The far end of what a filament machine will do before the answer becomes sintered nylon.
PP-CF Polypropylene that holds a dimension. Carbon adds the stiffness and takes out the warp while the chemical resistance stays exactly where it was.
ASA-CF08 Outdoor parts that have to stay flat. Carbon pulls the warp out of large panels, so jigs and fixtures keep their geometry in a shop that swings thirty degrees in a day.
PETG-rCF08 Recycled carbon fiber. Most of the stiffness of the other two composites at the lowest cost of the three.

Material Use it when
PLA+ A part that would chip or snap in standard PLA. Same easy printing and the same color range, with enough added toughness to survive handling.
PLA-CF Carbon filled. Stiffer and steadier on dimension than plain PLA, with a matte finish that hides layers. Indoor jigs and fixtures that have to stay flat.
PLA-GF Glass filled. Most of the stiffness of the carbon grade at lower cost, and a lighter surface that takes color rather than going flat black.
Biodegradable PLA Stocked for customers who specify it by name for a short-life or single-use part. Ask us and we will tell you exactly which grade we are running for your job.
ABS-FR Flame retardant ABS. Enclosures, electrical housings, and anything that has to answer to a burn requirement.
PC Polycarbonate. Impact strength and heat resistance in the same part, for something that takes a hit or sits near a heat source.
PA6-GF Glass filled nylon 6. Stiff and tough under repeated load. Brackets, mounts, and hardware that sees real force rather than shelf duty.
PA612-CF Carbon filled nylon. Picks up less moisture than most nylons, so the part holds its dimension in a shop that is not climate controlled.
Tungsten Tungsten filled filament, dense enough to be used for radiation shielding. Not a material most shops will touch, and we run it for academic research work.
Inconel Nickel alloy filled filament. Tell us the application and we will confirm what it can and cannot do for your part before you commit to it.
Finishing on FDM
As-printedSupports removed and the part cleaned up. We tune the profile so the layers read as a surface rather than as lines, and for most functional parts this is where it should stop.
Vapor smoothedMelts the outer skin to a sealed, glossy finish. ASA and ABS, and a good reason to pick one of them for a part that has to look finished.
Multi-colorUp to sixteen colors laid down in a single print, in PLA and PETG. The color is the filament itself, so it goes all the way through and cannot scratch off.
Split and joinedA part bigger than the build volume gets divided at a seam we choose, printed in sections, then bonded and finished here so it arrives as one piece.

What the process gets you.

Fused deposition modeling · 20+ machines · standard through XL

FDM lays down melted filament one path at a time. It is the most flexible process we run, because changing what a part is made of is as simple as changing the spool, and because the machines scale from a part in your palm to one the size of a chest freezer.

The widest material range A deep shelf of polymers and composites, and anything else sourced to order. No other process we run lets you pick the exact plastic for the job the way this one does.
Parts up to 800 mm Our XL machines build to 800 × 800 × 1000 mm in a single piece. Bigger than that is still on the table: we split the model at a seam we pick, print the sections, and bond and finish them here, so what ships is one part and not a kit.
Cheapest way to iterate Lowest cost per part of anything we run. Print a revision, hold it, mark it up, print it again the same week without spending the budget on version one.
Full color, and multi-color Deep color stock and multiple colors laid down in a single build. The other processes give you a handful of options; this one gives you the whole shelf.
Fast at any quantity Twenty-plus FDM machines running under unified ops with camera monitoring. One part or a few hundred, the work spreads across the floor instead of queueing behind itself.
Bridge to production Right process for the run between "we made one" and "we tooled for it." Short-run and bridge production without paying for a mold you may still revise.

Blended for the part.

Masked stereolithography · custom blended in-house · high detail on everything
We blend every resin we run. Nothing here comes straight out of one bottle. We mix to the job: tuning toughness, stiffness, detail, and finish for the part in front of us instead of making your part fit a stock formulation. Tell us how it has to behave and that becomes the blend.
Need something we don't run? We'll find it. If the job calls for a chemistry we are not already mixing, we will source it and work out the right blend for your project. Same as our filament: the list is a starting point, not a boundary.
Blend Use it when
ABS-like Our base for most production work. Holds fine detail and a smooth wall while staying tough enough to handle, assemble, and put in service rather than only look at.
Durable Blended toward impact and handling strength for functional prototypes, fit checks, and parts that go into service instead of onto a shelf.
Flexible Blended to compress and bend at fine detail sizes. Seals, gaskets, soft-touch surfaces, and parts that have to give.
Wax casting Burnout resin for investment casting. Print the pattern, cast the metal. Jewelry, hardware, and small metal parts without cutting a mold.
Your spec A stiffness, color, clarity, or temperature target we have not run before. Describe the behavior you need and we will work out the blend.
Colors Black, grey, clear, and white in stock. We blend to a color when a part calls for it, and resin takes paint better than any other material we run.

Cleaned and curedWashed, cured, and supports removed. Smooth walls and crisp edges straight out of the process.
Sanded and polishedWorked by hand where a part needs to go from smooth to seamless, including support witness points.
SprayedPrimed and sprayed to your color for an even factory finish. Resin takes paint better than any other material we run.
Hand paintedDetail work by hand for display pieces, collectibles, and anything with a face on it.

What the process gets you.

Masked stereolithography · 20+ machines · finest detail we run

Resin cures a liquid one thin layer at a time with light. There is no nozzle and no filament path, so it resolves detail neither of our other machines can reach, and the wall comes off the machine already smooth. On a filament part we tune the profile hard to keep the layers from reading; on resin there is nothing to hide in the first place.

The finest detail we run Text, texture, thread, and features too small for a nozzle to draw. If a part has fine detail anywhere on it, this is the process that holds it.
Smooth walls, no layer lines Surfaces come off the machine near-finished rather than striped, so far less sanding stands between the print and a presentable part.
The blend is yours We mix the chemistry for the part rather than pouring a stock bottle, so stiffness, toughness, and finish get tuned to the job instead of dictating it.
A path to metal Print a burnout pattern in wax casting resin and cast the part in metal. Jewelry, hardware, and small metal components without cutting a mold.
Finishes better than anything Takes primer and paint better than any other material we run, sprayed for an even factory finish or hand painted for detail work.
Twenty-plus machines Enough resin capacity to run a batch rather than a one-off, so short-run production in fine detail is a real option and not just a prototype.

One part, more than one process.

Mixed builds · assembled and finished in-house
The part decides, not the machine. Most shops run one process, so every part they quote comes out of it whether that is right or not. We run all three in the same building, which means a job can use two of them. A housing printed in nylon for strength with a resin faceplate for detail. A large FDM body with resin inserts where the fine features live. We build them separately, then assemble and finish them here as one piece.
You still get one part, one PO, one date. Multi-process work does not become your problem to coordinate. We handle the fit between the pieces, bond and assemble them, finish the whole assembly to match, and ship it as a single finished part on one purchase order.
