Are your 3D prints durable?
Yes, they are durable for normal wear & tear. However, do not leave PLA prints items in a hot car - they may melt!
Can I request a custom color or finish?
Yes you can! Please fill out our contact form with your request!
How long do custom orders take?
It depends on the product and material, but we try to turn orders around as fast as we can without sacrificing quality.
Can I send you a 3D file to print?
Absolutely! Please fill out our Custom Work form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We accept 3MF, STL, and CAD files.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days plus shipping speed which is noted in the checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We try to ensure every product is packaged thoroughly. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out!
