01What materials do you use for 3D printing?
We use various materials for our 3D prints. The specific product is noted in the product description.
02Are your 3D prints durable?
Yes, they are durable for normal wear & tear. However, do not leave PLA prints items in a hot car - they may melt!
03Can I request a custom color or finish?
Yes you can! Please fill out our contact form with your request!
04How long do custom orders take?
It depends on the product and material, but we try to turn orders around as fast as we can without sacrificing quality.
05Can I send you a 3D file to print?
Absolutely! Please fill out our Custom Work form and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We accept 3MF, STL, and CAD files.
06How long will it take to receive my order?
Items in stock ship within 1 to 2 business days. Anything personalized is made after you order, so those ship within 5 business days. Whichever it is, the shipping speed you pick at checkout is added on top.
07Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
08What if my order arrives damaged?
We try to ensure every product is packaged thoroughly. However, if your item arrives damaged, please reach out.
